Jeff Doyle - Managing Director

With over 35 years experience in the civil construction and building industry Jeff is hands on and project focused. As the business owner he is involved in key stakeholder negotiations and advisory groups within industry, major clients and government bodies. Jeff oversees the operations of the Company, ensuring managers are complying with legislative obligations, whilst ensuring suitable and sufficient resources are provided and maintained to achieve the business and project objectives.

Natasha Doyle - Operations Manager

Natasha professionally manages the operations of Mendi to provide timely, effective and appropriate service delivery, business operations, construction and maintenance while ensuring its values, safety and quality are maintained. With over 20 years’ experience in logistics and haulage operations, Natasha's role within our haulage operations is integral. Included under her portfolio is the management and co-ordination of our quarry and crushing operations.

Marcello Verzeletti - Senior Engineer / Estimator

Marcello has over 20 years’ experience in the civil construction and building industry and 15 years’ experience in project management including intensive quality and environmental management. Marcello specialises in major civil and infrastructure projects and is responsible for all civil construction, subcontractor and supplier operations. He has completed difficult and complex projects, while at the same time meeting and exceeding the expectations of clients and consultants.

Matt Doyle - Workshop Manager

Matthew is the third generation of the Doyle Family to join Mendi. As a fully qualified and experienced diesel fitter Matthew provides the leadership within our team of fitters, technicians and workshop administrators. The day to day running of our workshop is an integral part of our business to ensure all our machinery is maintained effectively and efficiently to avoid delays and maintain production whilst on our project sites.

Selena Moore - HR Manager

Selena has many years of stevedoring, logistics and business administration experience. Selena manages the Company’s HR requirements and is responsible for managing the execution, direction and coordination of all transportation and workshop day to day works.

Antonio Goncalves - HSEQ Manager

Antonio has over 10 years’ experience with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements within the Civil and Mining industries. Antonio is responsible for system management and compliance across all HSEQ operations for the Mendi Group.  He provides knowledgeable and informative communication to stakeholders including external parties regarding HSEQ requirements and is experienced in internal and external auditing and reporting. Antonio focuses heavily on identifying and eliminating all risks across Mendi and ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.

Martin Wojcicki - Commercial Manager

Martin is a highly accomplished finance and commercial manager with a passion for data capture, analysis and reporting.  The experience Martin brings to the Mendi Group provides exceptional quality of direct reporting, budget preparation and systems design resulting in productivity gains.

Andrew Reid - Quality Engineer

Andrew provides coordination and technical support to ensure projects are completed on time,  on budget and within the program and project specifications whilst maintaining a heavy focus on quality assurance, project compliance, planning, procurement and subcontractor management.

Peter Milton - Plant Manager

Peter has 20 years’ experience in the Civil Construction industry. Peter is responsible for monitoring and maintaining consistent product through supervision and direction of personnel to ensure resources are fully utilised to achieve production targets. Coordination of repairs and routine maintenance. Assist managers with maintaining company and industry Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures. Examine and test materials to maintain conformance to established standards.

Louise Richards - Administration Officer

Louise holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and has 14 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry providing assistance to senior management and project teams.  Louise is experienced in tender preparation, document control, quality assurance, project administration, subcontractor procurement, contract administration, marketing and IT.

Angela Creuco - Administration Officer

Angela is responsible for the daily processing of invoices for Mendi, TGS, Camm Concrete and Camm Quarries. She ensures accuracy and compliance of invoicing, set up accounts and new card files for suppliers. Angela also has experience working in the Quarry and Sand Plant.

Ashleigh Doyle - Administration Officer

As a member of the Doyle Family, Ashleigh has been brought up in the family business. Ashleigh assists our project team with the procurement of materials and subcontractor engagement. Ashleigh looks after a broad range of administration responsibilities, including fuel reconciliation, IT and communication requirements within the business.

Taylor Weber - HSEQ Administrator

Taylor assists the HSEQ team by ensuring HSEQ registers are up-to-date, controlled documents are available to project staff. She assists with monthly reporting for senior management and subcontractor on-boarding.

Josh Thorsen - Project Manager

Providing Project Management including daily coordination with Site Supervisor and Project Engineers ensuring all aspects of the project are completed on time and on budget whilst maintaining a heavy focus on quality assurance, project compliance, planning, estimating, and procurement and subcontractor management.

Eamon Hanrahan - Site Supervisor

Eamon has over 10 years’ experience in Civil Construction and Contract Crushing. Reporting to the Project Manager, Eamon is responsible for coordination of plant and labour resources on our projects. Experienced in company and industry Quality, Safety and Environmental standards and procedures. Eamon has a proven track record in managing sub-contractors and resources to ensure delivery of projects within specified timelines.

Mick Mullins - Site Supervisor

Mick has over 14 years’ supervisory experience in concrete structures, road, bulk earthworks, drainage, and underground services.
Reporting to the Project Manager, Mick is responsible for supervising of all site personnel and subcontractors. Assisting managers with implementing and monitoring company Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures. He is responsible for the planning, leadership and control of all key areas of the site operation.

Mitch Doyle - Site Supervisor

Mitch being a third generation of the Doyle Family to join the Mendi Group began his career with Mendi through a high school based hands on traineeship.  He quickly gained valuable skills and knowledge in civil construction and demonstrated his passion and leadership ability to the workforce within the industry.

Amendra Perera - QA Engineer

Amendra is a highly motivated, results-driven civil engineer with a 9-year background in civil engineering and project management in South Asia and quality control and research expertise in Australia. Amendra holds a Masters of Engineering Practice (Civil) and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons), he is a dedicated to continuous learning and professional development through post-graduate and project management qualifications.

Lewis Minns - HSE Advisor

Lewis holds a Diploma in Work Health and Safety. He is responsible for ensuring all on site HSEQ requirements are met and all works are carried out effectively and in accordance with legislative requirement. Running on-site inductions, sub-contractor document and process reviews and conducting site inspections and ensuring Federal Certification requirements are maintained.
